Spark is committed to providing an environment that is inclusive and that is free of barriers based on age, race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, sex (including pregnancy) gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, record of offences, marital status, family status and disability. Our intake process provides choice of disclosure of pronouns, gender or sexuality as desired. Members of 2S-LGBTQ+ community can expect an inclusive and welcoming environment that promotes a safe, diverse and inclusive workplace.

Spark Employment Services is committed to creating safer spaces for 2S-LGBTQ+ community members by developing and continuously reviewing the organizations policies, processes and procedures that includes 2S-LGTBQ+ perspectives, sharing our pronouns and ensuring that our clients always have the opportunity to inform us of their pronouns, offering gender neutral washrooms, and always being open to feedback.
